If i could give this place 0 stars i would .The fact this store is still open is a shock if you can don't shop here, All the bakery goods are out of date or being picked apart by birds the meat is left out so long it has maggots. The fresh fruit and veg are anything but lastly the staff are some of the rudest most disrespectful people I have ever seen working retail they have even gone as far as to straight up say I'm stealing from the store. just shut this place down
I would like to put out there that Maddie and Leanne absolutely do a fantastic job and totally deserve more respect from this company! And more recognition! It’s appalling! These two do over and above of what is expected ! It’s pleasure to go in and see their smiling faces and and have a chat at the checkout ! I always look forward to seeing them both xxx others need to pick their game up! Im a loyal customer and I hope next time these two have had recognition! Well done ladies from me !!
I was shopping Tuesday night and was assaulted by Craig the night manager. He is very unprofessional and has anger management issues. He snatched my shopping and shouted at me, thankfully there were multiple witnesses who comforted me.
Seriously negligent, the untrained staff of the store are going to harm the shoppers constantly until the police are involved.
Disappointing store due to its layout and very limited variety of stock. Its okay for a quick small shop but is horrible if you are after a particular product, generally the shelves are poorly stocked and the vibe of the store is like it's staff, unwelcoming and disinterested. Better option is the Aldi store over the road.
Always ZERO or only one checkout available. They want to force you onto self service ones which I HATE THEM! I don’t want to have to scan all my stuff that is the cashiers job to do it!! And they shut at 9pm but google says it’s 10pm?? But it isn’t they shut at 9pm now!! On good side it’s a large store with a very good selection of stuff. Lots of choices!! Some special buy stuff also.
Looked clean, shelves were full but where were the checkout staff? On a Sunday only 1 manned checkout, the other do it yourself. All the others were closed. Queues everywhere! Definitely needs more checkouts open.
I do a direct to boot, normally at Croydon. Next time I'll go out of my way to get to Croydon after the disgusting service, not once, but 3 times the staff stand there doing nothing. I stand there and have to pack my bags. The last guy was young and I didn't even get a grunt hello. He just didn't speak. Even when I spoke to him. Just stood behind my car with a stupid blank look on his face
